@chachachanel I know what you mean! The book is LOOONG and there were a few times I almost gave up haha. But yes, ultimately, it was satisfying. Napaisip din ako after I finished hehe. The movie bombed when it came out, but I liked it. Very faithful, and the shots were gorgeous. Watch it!

Another astounding read. Drama, history, romance, suspense, all in one book so amazingly written the sentences practically jump at you. It’ll be hard to get this one out of my head. (Read this chapter, one of my favorites, for a sample). #AlltheLightWeCannotSee
