@quitefrankly9 @TheOnion I recently smoked a small brisket in my Weber and used mesquite chips. It was rather heavy but was still delicious. My BIL suggests hickory. He smoked a 15 lb brisket yesterday. 12 hours I believe. 195°. Then 3 hrs in cooler.

The MSJ community mourns the passing of Brother Charles Cully, C.F.X., a humble and iconic member of the the Mount. Student-Athletes know him as the manager of athletic equipment, and prior graduates of the Mount know him as a a math teacher and member of the Xaverian Brothers.
