We keep getting delay updates due to "maintenance issue."

The plane has been in gate for more than 2 hours. But the staff announced the delay 10 minutes before takeoff.

Infotainment system is outdated. No Bluetooth connection for earphones.
Staff never supplied wired earphones.

I tried using the assistance light, but the staff never showed up.

La app no me permitió hacer check-in.
Por lo tanto no tenía el boleto digital y Frontier me cobró 25USD por imprimirlo.
-Exijo mi reembolso inmediato.
-Mal sistema y aviones sucios.
Volaris es una porquería.
