3.2M views in the last 7 days (+50%)

But installs actually dropped 38%.

We've been testing a lot of new content formats lately. Some went viral, but their view-to-install conversion was much worse.

At the same time, we've spent the last few weeks improving our onboarding, which seems to be slowly paying off.

Next step is finding formats that don't just get views, but actually bring in users.

More views ≠ more growth.

@isjackback Nice! Hope it stays that way 😉

[Paul @PaulmakesApps]

@m_0_r_g_a_n_ We had a similar issue with our app. We requested an expedited review from Apple and it actually worked for us. Might be worth a try!
But at the end of the day, getting approved is what matters most

[Paul @PaulmakesApps]

@ChadAppDev Congrets! Btw, what niche are you building your app in?

[Paul @PaulmakesApps]

Almost 4M views and ~300 estimated installs.

Nice to see a viral video actually bring in downloads, but the conversion is still pretty bad.

That's roughly 1 install per 13k views.

Definitely not a format I'd scale just because it went viral.

[Paul @PaulmakesApps]

Hypothesis: If you can't add your new TikTok to your Story right after posting, you’re shadowbanned. Anyone else noticed this? Lately, so many videos/slideshows are getting exactly 0 views. Let me know if you're stuck too!

[Paul @PaulmakesApps]

@g_buildz_apps Avg watchtime?

[Johnny @johnny_schae]

people will drop $40/month on uber eats but call a $10 fitness tracker “too expensive.”
you’re not broke. you’re just not invested in the version of yourself you keep saying you want.
