We have seen competitors attempt this, such as Airtel and the likes.

M-Pesa operates as a technological infrastructure that allows Kenyans (+other countries) to store, transfer money p2p, remit across borders, and make payments to merchants.

M-Pesa charges are the highway toll fee and nobody likes those.
