@AmazonHelp A delivery driver reversed into my car out side my house and drove off, eventually found out driver details and put insurance claim through but car is write off, when tried to complain online was told to fill out claim form, telephone help were not any help as did not under stand

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, as I have previously stated the waiting times are astronomical at present. There appears to be no other way to contact as live chat is no longer available
