PDP MOURNS ONDO AIR CRASH VICTIMS, DEMANDS THOROUGH INVESTIGATION.
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) mourns the tragic loss of lives in the Nigerian Air Force aircraft crash in Ondo State and extends its deepest condolences to the families of the victims, their colleagues and loved ones.
This is a painful moment for the nation, particularly for the families who have been confronted with the sudden and devastating loss of their loved ones. The PDP also commiserates with the Nigerian Air Force and the entire Armed Forces of Nigeria over this tragic incident.
The PDP calls on the Federal Government and relevant authorities to conduct a thorough, transparent and independent investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash and make the findings public. The investigation should identify any systemic, technical or operational issues that may have contributed to the tragedy, with appropriate measures taken to prevent a recurrence.
Our men and women in uniform make enormous sacrifices in the service of our nation. Their safety and welfare must therefore remain a matter of the highest national priority.
The PDP stands in solidarity with the bereaved families at this difficult time and prays that God grants them the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
Signed
Hon Jungudo Haruna Mohammed
National Publicity Secretary.
“The future is shaped by the leaders we prepare today.”
Youth leadership training is essential to building responsible, informed and capable leaders for our communities. The One-Day Youth Leadership Summit was a step in that direction, but the journey does not end here.
I am committed to going beyond a single summit by supporting continuous leadership development, mentorship and opportunities that will help young people discover their potential and take responsibility for their future.
I encourage every young person to sit up, get involved and prepare for leadership. I also call on other leaders to invest intentionally in youth development. Our future depends on it.
TOMORROW IS NOW.
Politics aside, I strongly believe Sen. Samuel Anyanwu is the kind of leader Imo State needs at this moment. I support his vision and believe in his leadership style, energy, and his approach to governance offers a different direction for the Imo State. Gov. Uzodinma may have his own leadership style, but I believe Imo State would benefit from Sen. Anyanwu’s fresh ideas, renewed energy, and a new approach to addressing the challenges facing the state.
As the political climate in Imo State gathers momentum for 2027, Sen. Samuel Anyanwu remains the peoples choice.
