British Telecom have to be the biggest shower of uselessness there ever was. You work with the move team to make sure your telephone etc goes smoothly. You pay them 1000's of pounds without default and they treat you like dirt. Now they have said my emails are no longer available

@GMB Surely with your shoes off walking around someone’s home you’re likely to pick up bacteria that’s already in the carpet. Think athletes foot or maybe the odd verruca or warts. I’m sure there are more. So shoes on or take slippers with you.
