So after numerous calls and emails, still none the wiser and now 12 days without a car. My complaint is allegedly being looked at by higher management but no one can let me know who is dealing with it, provide me with an update or any sort of timescales. Please avoid@CazooUK

@TravelRepublic This is not how we have been dealt with. We requested a refund on the customer service page, we havent had contact asking what we wanted 14 days prior to flying. Our flight to New York left monday with out us. We have no idea what is happening with our booking.

@richardcarus @nuddypants The towns not exactly up market, but the people are amazing... the country side is nice too. You'll love the bike but practise down hill into tight rough corners and you will be fine.. dartmoor is a great training ground and prep for it but the run is tough after that bike....

@GiantUK My bikes #tcr #propel have helped change my life, once over weight and lazzy, now 4.5 stone lighter and completed numerous triathlons and an ironman. IM number 2 in July too..
