Every year, a tweet with this breakdown of the Mavs budget comes out. Immediately gets me excited for basketball to comeback.

After Mavericks complete the reported moves, they'll have the ability to add 32+ million with the Davis TPE and the NT-MLE, but they will only have $23,735,312 in room below the 1st apron.

The Mavericks are hard capped at the 1st apron because they'll use either their MLE or BAE. Either one triggers the hard cap at the 1st apron.

We will have 15 players under contract, but you can carry 21 players in the offseason. The day before the season starts is when you have to reduce to 15. That's not counting the 3 two-way players.
