@johnny199r This was us trying to get home to Scotland. I’m honestly appalled at the situation. Luckily we managed to afford a hotel at our own cost, some other people on the flight couldn’t afford it and spent some of the 23 hours sleeping on the floor with no access to food. Disgusting

@WestJet Their incompetence. Told that it is customs fault but they refuse to provide any evidence of this. Friends on the flight to Glasgow then advise us that people are actually sitting in the seats we have paid for. @WestJet what is going to be done about this?

@WestJet @WestJet an absolute sham of an airline. Recent flight from Vegas to Glasgow via Toronto. Westjet takes off 2hour and 40 mins later than expected. Misses our connecting flight to Glasgow, rebooks us on a flight with Aer Transat 23 hours later and refuses to pay for any hotel

@WestJet Food, travel costs, they have taken payment for excess baggage and then made us pay it again with Aer Transat. Customer service was non existent. Staff at Toronto told me it was tough luck and not their problem. I am nearly $600 dollars out of pocket due to

@WestJet absolute appalling treatment by WestJet. Delayed 3 hours from vegas to Toronto. Missed connection and they will not cover costs for hotel despite not rebooking our flight for another 23 hours. Told to hang around the airport until tomorrow at 7pm.
