@Delta There were 2+ flights leaving with other airlines to LAX that we could have flown with while we were sitting on a plane that was never going to take off. Wouldn't you prefer to have that option rather than have it taken out of your hands by the airline??

@Delta Now been on board for longer than the entire expected flight time. Happy pilots are doing their checks but for customers would be really nice if you could make sure the plane is fit to take off before you get us onboard don't you think??
