@sencymraeg Per 2 people chuck in handful of dried pearl barley and handful of dried green lentils.
Bring to boil return to simmer for 25 mins, storing occasionally. Or until barley & lentils are cooked and sauce has reduced to 1/3.

@sencymraeg Pan casserole:
Deep frying pan or sospan.
Sweat some sliced leeks in butter. Med heat.
Chunk the thighs, season with pepper and chuck in pan to brown.
After 5mins, add chick/veg stock cube and enough hot water to cover chicken.

@Isabella_Kam One of the reasons I use a ticket agent. @BishopTrains sort me out every time. Doesn't stop the pain of getting past ticket barriers, loading and unloading, or being told the bike spaces you've booked are already full, tho.
