@opodo @Opodo_UK customer service I’m reviewing is disgraceful!! E-mailed you guys 2 weeks ago regarding a change of date on flights and was told it was being processed but now today been told I can’t get a refund or change my flights as it’s too late!!
@opodo @Opodo_UK customer service I’m receiving on an ongoing booking is disgraceful!!!! I’ve left it with you guys for two weeks to sort out and now I’ve been told I can’t get my refund or change flights as it’s now too late!!!!
Need to re-schedule my flights with you but ‘My Booking’ on your website is rubbish, no reply to my e-mails and your phone number simply cuts out!! Any suggestions?? @opodo @Opodo_UK
@UKFloorDirect Three bodged deliveries from you guys. Customer service completely shocking!! Probably would have been better getting Captain Kirk of the starship enterprise to deliver it from Neptune!!.... Complete shambles
