And just like that, plans change. This now for sale – big miles but full history with borderline obsessive mechanical maintenance. If anyone needs a winter hack, this is it. Could use some paint in places, but no rust. All the big jobs done. I’ll regret it. 😔

The sensible thing would be to PCP a Golf, probs, but instead I’m restoring two old classics and this trusty E46 is my daily.

This week it hit 170k miles. Last month we drove to Scotland. Next month, Bruges. And every week it boomerangs between Bath and Bicester. Kinda love it.
