I enjoy cooking with spices.... and running

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Proudest running moment ever: taking my daughter for track session and holding hands during the recovery walks. Doesn't get better than that

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

2:34:05#thatlldo. Thanks to all the amazing supporters at vlm and all the volunteers - what an event

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Not another boring run tweet#comeonyourams

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Thanks to everyone at Richmond Parkrun this morning and the rain stayed off# stillfreeforall

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Outrageous that Parkrun has been charged for path repair. Whatever next...

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Last long run before vlm: 20 miles in 2:04 but 10km on treadmill so would have to add a bit for that. Taper time now.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Thanks to VAC for organising a great 5 mile race in Battersea Park tonight. Last speed session before VLM for me.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Back to running round richmond park: how lucky. Easy lap in 45:30 in between the showers.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

No parkruns here so 10 times 1km at hm effort instead. Back to flip flops now.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

27km in the bag for today's run:.16km at mp. Watched some golfers on my jog recovery. There are easier hobbies.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

15km in 22 degrees - Perfick!

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

10 miles today on very tired legs: hence pretty slow: sun, wind and hills, of course, to run in. Forecast good.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Who said anything about warm weather training in Portugal: 26km in driving rain and strong wind#stillhilly

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

@runfarmsrun good running and a pb in Cardiff - cotton wool time.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

@ladyofthehouse - look forward to seeing it. The books are my favourites - must read them to the girls.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Short run to finish the day off #justashilly

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Bit different running in 20 degrees this morning in Portugal: just had to wait a bit longer for sun to come up.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Thanks to everyone at Fulham Palace Parkrun this morning: it's always a good way to start Saturday off.

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Quick 5km round leg o mutton!

[Paul Cheetham @paulscheetham]

Slow and easy, although it's never easy, 11km down by the river this morning: lots of runners out.
