@virginmedia I asked if this call is recorded, would make good listening, told me he’d put me through to customer relation team then came back and said their busy and was then able to sort the problem, asked to speak to them anyway and was told they would just cancel the contract so no point

@virginmedia Hey, Called yesterday to try and solve problem I’m having with the tv service, guy couldn’t fix the problem, he told me that I’ve got to wait 48hrs for someone to call to book an appointment to come and sort the problem… 🤔Really…. Wait to then wait again… 🙄
