@Ryanair hi, I added some credit to my seat for my flight on Thurs. when I was ordering drinks the attendants couldn’t locate it so it’s unused. How do I get it refunded please?
@TPExpressTrains hi, obvs my train from Glasgow to Manc to is cancelled. Can I use any trains ans routes to get home? I’m not bothered about diverting anywhere but I need to get home
@thetrainline last night I bought 4 tickets on app. The tickets then didn’t appear in my app, it kept timing out, so I had to buy Tkts from machine. The app tickets appeared after I’d go through barrier and there’s a £5 admin charge to refund tickets I couldn’t use
@TPExpressTrains what’s the point of sear reservations when you switch them on 4 stops into the journey. It’s very difficult to argue with people who’ve sat in an ��available” seat and been comfortable there for 30 mins
@TicketmasterCS I get this every time I try to use o2 priority tickets. I’ve signed in and out and my Ticketmaster account is fine. Happens wherever I am wifi or not. What am I meant to do?
@AvantiWestCoast hi, I had a delay repay approved for 6 tickets. But only 5 have been refunded yesterday. All tickets were the same. Can someone check for me?
@AvantiWestCoast I was doing this: I’ve found out the issue. I thought I could book for 2 people and you’d just take the code for 1 tkt but I have to book separately and then when I’m in the app I can’t find trains with availability anyway. Bit of a faff really
@AvantiWestCoast hi, I need some help redeeming a code for a free premium journey please. It keeps saying invalid on website and that it’s already used on the app - but it’s copied straight from my rewards account
@_Railcards hi I’m travelling today and I can’t get my railcard to load on my new phone. The photo will not load and when I try the download code it says there’s an error

@TheO2@O2@virginmedia@ladygaga Well I would have.., but at 11:58 priority decided it hadn’t heard from me in a while and insisted I sign back in - despite being online in app already. Obvs by the time I’d signed in, got my auth code etc it was 12:02 and 43k in a queue. So thanks for that
