@EastMidRailway He’s in Eurostar Premier, therefore check in closes 30 minutes before departure. Had the 16:23 been on time - I would’ve been in London for 18:08, nearly an hour before my Eurostar departure

@EastMidRailway It’s my partner and he is now home. The delay meant that he wouldn’t make his 19:34 departure to Brussels. He’s currently on the phone to the travel agent - is there any way his ticket could be validated to travel tomorrow, to catch another Eurostar service?

The failed to inform everyone on the platform that the 06:28 was thier next departing service, therefore most are further delayed. I am now nearly 40 minutes late into London, and no explanation for the delay

@EastMidRailway Hi TM. Train crew have boarded the new set on plat 5A. It’s vey cold and many of us have been waiting nearly 30 minutes for a train. Would it be so harmful to let us on the train? Also, the delayed unit from SHF still hasn’t arrived. I really need to be in London by 08:00!
