@DanWilsonnn #ncpscam. I finally got through after 2 hours waiting, their system is completely down, app not work, not able to take payments over the phone! Shame they didn’t put it on their call waiting message. No penalty will be charged and they are calling me back when system up! Scam!

Why can’t you deliver a parcel to Dublin? My parcel has been in a black hole since Thursday so you told me to call FedEx but they can’t tell me anything cos my contract is with you. I’ve emailed #jamie[email protected] but nothing back!

@parcelforce I’m the sender. I’m now working through a very polite lady called Sarah in the parcelforce Worldwode CEO office. She said there was an additional £52 Custom charge outstanding, but the parcel was delivery only failed due to an incomplete address (missing hotel name).

So I think tried to email another Director #alistaircochrane and MD #garysimpson, but their emails just bounced back.

So I’m now offering my money asking for somebody in Parcelforce to take ownership and delivery my parcel. PLEASE!
