When @HisenseUK stole Christmas. Not one member have staff has responded to my emails including Pankaj Rana or Terry Huang and there teams. This is the 3rd month of issues, that are worse thanks to @HisenseUK engineers

@virginmedia 25 minutes for someone to hang up the phone. An engineer visited my property, had no idea why he was there other than to take photos of the damage caused by the previous colleague. Poor service. Please contact me

@Nike @NikeService just received the worse service from your staff. Called regarding a damaged item. Shoe and boxes damaged as you can see. No support. Unacceptable behaviour

@WestMidRailway if your station staff spent less time chatting on their phones they could help customers take alternative routes for cancelled trains.
