@Stugloverlives Elderly chap I met at the eye daycare unit - blind in one eye, having surgery on the other - wasn’t eligible for hospital transport (also main carer for his elderly wheelchair bound wife). And this was because at one appointment he got a taxi home, due to a lack of transport.
