@IndiaPostOffice Could you mark the article delivered in the portal. If the article is delivered the the status should not be "Item Bagged".Please take this urgent action as it is related to a court case.

@IndiaPostOffice Why the status is "Item Bagged" ? If it's delivered the status should have changed to "Item Delivered". Could you please update the status.The article relates to a court case and the correct status is absolutely necessary to present it before the judge.

@IndiaPostOffice The article status is Item Bagged for one month , if it's not delivered then can the article be returned or else mark it as delivered if the article has been accepted by the addressee.

@BajajAllianzLIC Rs 26170 was paid for the health insurance on 20 Jul,waiting for the Policy certificate. TransactionRef#357220060. Getting several calls to pay Rs 52K for the renewal or withdraw the premium .Its sheer harassment for the senior citizens every year during renewal.

@BajajAllianz I am following up rigorously. There has been no proactive initiative from your end to close this issue.
I request you to refund the premium of INR 26K and close this pending case . I want to move out of Bajaj and need the money back to look for other options.Plese expedite refund

@BajajAllianz I have waited for long , no action has been taken.Its been 2 months since the payment , policy certificate has not been issued. I am asked to pay additional premium.Why the payment link was shared initially ? Please share your nodal officer contact# , email ID. I need an answer.
