@Astrochologist Governor can appoint whomever they want. Good thing it’s only until January. She won’t get any important committee assignments. They are just doing it to fuck with people.
@YouKnwDutch@willuminati_@3rdstringW Downside risk is real, so that’s where potential incentives come in to de-risk. I know it’s all pie in the sky, my thing is that we shouldn’t discourage these conversations, but at the same time need to be a lot better with the initial framing /comms of the idea.
@willuminati_@YouKnwDutch@3rdstringW I agree about the second and third order effects piece. But the initial framing is key. You frame it right up front, the less objections to overcome and the quicker you start to get into second and third order considerations.
@YouKnwDutch@willuminati_@3rdstringW “ CBA currently has provisions that make player equity arrangements not viable.” “ What if we looked at a way to enable this via the CBA or some other vehicle?” Framing it in that way starts a conversation.
@YouKnwDutch@willuminati_@3rdstringW I think he probably didn’t articulate his point very well ( hence why comms is imprtant as well as framing). He could have started by referencing the CBA, but then frame his argument as a “ what if”.
@YouKnwDutch@willuminati_@3rdstringW Or, maybe I have a bias because I work in the innovation space and I have a high tolerance for people throwing out what might be perceived as dumb or batshit crazy ideas. 🤷🏿♂️
@YouKnwDutch@willuminati_@3rdstringW He posited a scenario right? If said scenario isn’t feasible or doesn’t work, we move on. But we can’t fault someone for positing a scenario. If we did that, we wouldn’t have progress ,innovation etc. We oftentimes find solutions in what some might believe to be silly scenarios.
@Richkhid132 It depends. Some women are looser some tighter. The key is her having good pelvic floor control. If she has that, doesn’t matter how wet it is. It grips and is amazing. I would think a sizable dude would have any issue either.
