Riding the lakefront trail last night, I realized that if there were a grid of roads, 1 mile apart, throughout the city that were closed to cars in favor of bikes, I would almost exclusively bike. Instead I almost exclusively drive.
@AdamCforMD I don’t think tipping is a great system, but not tipping only hurts service workers. If you can pay the fare and chose not to, you are just defunding public transit.
