@bestofStarTrek I enjoyed it far more than In To Darkness. Much more of a TOS feel. A good villain with an understandable back story. The best special effects of all the movies and a great score. It left me wanting more but sadly that didn't happen.
@tiffraymonds I agree. They worked when they were on the periphery with character driven stories. This whole thing with the twins as the focus for the show at the moment just feels off and very forced.
Reg Cox, Den Watts, Bradley Branning, Nick Cotton, Denny Rickman, and now Martin Fowler all died on 19 February. That date is now more dangerous than 25 December if you live on Albert Square! #EastEnders40@bbceastenders
This week's #EastEnders has been brilliant. But killing off the firstborn character and the original first family in the Fowlers on the anniversary was a huge mistake. A show that rightly relies on its heritage just killed it off in a stunt. Time will show this was wrong.
@DaveBlass I've always thought the difference between the two in its simplest form is that Star Wars is about good versus evil, and Star Trek is about hope for our future.
I love #StarTrek . Have my whole life. There is a version of Trek for everyone. I've never posted negatively about it.
In the hope @paramountplus looks at more movies #StarTrekSection31 wasnt it for me. I didn't enjoy it at all. It wasn't recognisable as Trek on any level.
@DaveBlass@kevinrose@tferriss This is a brilliant film and expertly directed by @jamescfox . Highly recommend it. His previous film, The Phenomenon, is essential viewing.
