@paul_d_stevens@veggieequallife@mmamas1973@BMAResidents Tax pays for government debt so it’s no different to buying a car on credit.. I still have to pay for it, just not right now, so Tax payers still have to fund spending but it’s as debt servicing so the outcome is the same.
@BiggestComeback It’s all nuanced and without his context hard to say really, metabolically fit means lots of different things to lots of people and for sure we all need to strength train and have a decent amount of muscle and no atrophy..
@DrHWazir You get paid exactly what you signed a contract agreeing to be paid! That contract reflects what the taxpayer is willing to pay you and how we now value you!! Drs stock has fallen massively from 2008! Just do the job and stop threatening and moaning or find another career…
@joehas@JeroenSwart What a crock of s**t, Europe is tearing itself apart mainly due to the leftwing globalist policies that nobody other than the far left communists want…
@mmamas1973 If healthcare was delivered more timely and proficiently, tax payers may value it and healthcare professionals more highly, trust has been eroded, policies and services are fragmented and we still have post code healthcare..
@Alan_Couzens From your experience do you see a similar increased risk in female athletes? The research on athletes is small enough with women hardly featuring at all?
@DrHWazir@mmamas1973 What you Drs seem to not understand is that you are not valued the same as were in 2008, your stock has dropped and your salaries reflect that.. if you can’t accept that then maybe you should change careers
@Dr__Sarmy@mmamas1973@wesstreeting Ok, so you saying their being payed to much, let’s just cut the salaries of the P.A’s which seems to be universally agreed by doctors to be inflated! Reduce their salary to £38000 and salary balance is restored, and saved the tax payers money as well!!
@Anisocyte@mmamas1973 Simple solution reduce the pay of P.A.’s by £10-£15k a year, then pay structure balance is resolved as doctors are earning more than them again and tax payers are getting better value..
@pkedrosky I actually think the number of “medical professionals” promoting/ misleading one of the worst aspects of twitter as well as the wider world and leads to yet more scepticism, confusion and potential harm.
@UHNM_NHS Shall I choose not to have a heart attack or be involved in an RTA? We shouldn’t have to choose, this is a service we pay for! NHS employees are supposedly essential workers and shouldn’t be striking..
@CaryKelly11@moonrunsunbike1@DaveEDanna I don’t agree with you about a lot of your diet ideas, but this response is bang on, even standing up out of a chair feels so different when your not overweight anymore and you have to have lived the change to really understand how good it feels
