2) introduce contactless like everywhere else in the UK. Which will also ensure you stop overcharging

@on_lothianbuses Apparently Lothian Buses scam an extra £150,000 a year due to their 'no change given' policy. So if you're wondering why they stick with their antiquated system, and are in no rush to fix the app/implement contactless payment, I think that's the answer

@on_lothianbuses @on_lothianbuses this does not give you the right to keep extra money, you could give a receipt which states the extra money people can claim back for example, no? You could give the extra money to charity. You could turn down passengers with wrong change.
