@TheMugNHL Just for the record, any and all tweets or “reports” from Tyler Kennedy or Fillipponi should be immediately discarded and treated as parody. I think they are career 2-1,897 on “reports”.
@TheDanKingerski Wow Dan great work… “let’s list all available assets other people have rumored to be available and write it like it’s our own thought”
@TheDanKingerski@DannyShireyPGH You wanted them to keep RS… who cares about TVR, it’s a stop gap. Kuz is no different than Mantha. This is just slop garbage. Par for the course I guess.
@TheDanKingerski@DannyShireyPGH It’s July Dan… competition is good…. There’s this wild concept called “trade” where if you have excess players you can move them.
@TheDanKingerski I honestly have no idea how you write hockey articles… completely rebuilds don’t work… they signed younger guys (in the mold of shea/wotherspoon), signed a mantha replacement, and it’s July. This isn’t hard to figure out but I guess I overestimated your intelligence.
@TopTierPucks Buddy as a pens fan… he’s a solid bottom pairing defenseman. You won’t notice him (which is good) but he’s not Bobby Orr. Hes a serviceable bottom pair defenseman. If he has to play up on your top two pairs, you are in trouble.
@QuinnVogt49Gold@letangcult@kyledubas You do realize Witherspoon was a career 7th defenseman until last year… had a good 1st half and tailed off in the second. You traded him for a younger, better, and cheaper (when Wotherspoon signs his next contract) guy. They weren’t making a cup run with or without him. Relax
@DomDiTommaso Younger, better, cheaper over the next 4 years than Wotherspoon will be. It’s a good move. Wotherspoon was a career 7th defenseman had a good first half and fell off in the second. It’s a good move especially when they clearly had no interest in extending him.
@Darkeheh@TheDanKingerski The guy we got is younger, better, and will be cheaper over the next few years. Wotherspoon was ok for us. We ain’t winning the cup with or without him.
@HunterHodies Wotherspoon had a good first half and regressed in the second, probably had no intention of resigning him. Got a good player back in return. Solid move
