🚨 The Norwegian Football Association submitted two parallel filings to FIFA on October 5 2026 concerning three matters: the FIFA Peace Prize, Flo Balogun’s suspended red card, and the FIFA Forward Enterprise (FFE) project.
The NFF say the filings “activate two separate FIFA mechanisms: one addressing individual conduct and
the other institutional governance and process.”
The first filing is a complaint to the FIFA Ethics Committee. It asks the Ethics Committee to “examine the conduct of FIFA President Gianni Infantino and any other individuals identified through the investigation for potential breaches of FIFA’s Code of Ethics.”
The second filing is a referral to FIFA’s Governance, Audit and Compliance Committee (GACC). It asks “whether FIFA’s governance, financial oversight, internal controls and decision-making processes has worked as intended.”
The NFF adds: “There is a recurring theme: whether FIFA office, authority or influence was used improperly.”
NFF asks for an independent and expedited process in light of the forthcoming FIFA presidential election this March.
@gbennett1997@Vital_Walsall Is this a transition session or are you backing the manager to get us out of this division this season? Significant investment made in personnel so are we going to see a return for that sooner rather than later?
We are looking for lifelong supporter Derek Brown who is currently missing.
Derek, in his 60s, was last seen wearing a black t-shirt and joggers with khaki trainers - should anyone see Derek or have any further information, please dial 999 immediately quoting RID 1161485.
@dazfellows Spot on. Can't recall the ball being off the ground much last night and that's a credit to the defenders and the whole team. Very pleasing on the eye without over doing it.
@ribbonpodcast I get the rebuild points but would point out that Ray Graydon took over with 9 contacted players and achieved promotion out of league 1 in his first season. Why can't Grant out of League 2? Why do we need to wait (write off) another season?
@ribbonpodcast Agree with most of what is being said, and I do want to be patient but I'm so sick of league 2 football. With the money invested off field we should have success on it. Why is mid table OK? What's happened to us!
Base told me they save people money on their electricity bills, keep the lights on during power outages and strengthen the overall power grid.
I couldn’t understand how that was possible or why everyone wouldn’t switch to Base, so I wanted to find out for myself.
I’m now a customer, investor & endorser.
I toured the factory, met the team, visited a home install and asked a whole bunch of questions.
I went on the Base website and typed in my address to see how much they could save me on my electricity bill and it said 35%. I switched right there on the spot. No special VIP pricing, no endorsement trick, I literally logged on and did it myself on the regular website right from my phone.
The one question I kept coming back to was “Save money, protect your home during outages, help support the power grid. Why wouldn’t everyone want to get Base?”
I still haven’t found an answer to that yet.
Today they're launching Base Core, a new home battery fully designed by Base and built right here in Texas.

@Footiespr5687@ribbonpodcast This season? Yes possibly true, but why get excited by these signings? I'm sure the lad is decent and is live him to be a Scott Houghton, John Hodge or even Jeff Peron, but I remain sceptical about the whole recruitment strategy TBH.
