I have seen it all.

⚠️ WORST ANGULAR MISTAKES ⚠️

• Skipping unit tests.
• Hardcoding configs.
• Overusing 'any' type.
• Misusing setTimeout.
• Avoiding NxDevTools.
• Not using interceptors.
• Underusing Angular CLI.
• Using OnPush everywhere.
• Ignoring Content Projection.
• Ignoring OnPush completely.
• Overusing NPM Dependencies.
• Using BaseComponent pattern.
• Using global state for everything.
• Using outdated Angular versions.
• Nesting subscribes unnecessarily.
• Too many async pipes in template.
• Using RxJS without understanding.
• Not using Single Responsibility Rule.
• Using Promises inside Subscriptions.
• Not unsubscribing from observables.
• Not using Angular Material for basics.
• Overlooking tree-shakable providers.
• Direct function bindings in templates.
• Misunderstanding dependency injection.
• Not using higher-order mapping operators.
• Not using smart/dumb component pattern.
• Not running outside of NgZone for scroll events.
• Direct DOM manipulations outside of directives.
• Mixing logic between components and services.
• Underutilizing/misusing Angular lifecycle hooks.
• Not using a state management for complex state.
• Mutating data in place instead of new references.

This is off the top of my head.
