omg ang panget ng service ng LAX Southwest terminal 😭 in all other airports, when they find out we are under wheelchair assist, the assistant comes up almost instantly. dito, we need to go to a kiosk, and the people there don't know what to do and where to take us. like???

we assumed that wheelchair assists would make the whole checking in thing easier for us. well it had been in other airports, dito lang sa LAX walang ambag mga tao. they made it more complicated pa. so we just opted to push the wheelchair ourselves kaysa magbigay pa ng tip 😤
