Thanks for the reply , but why would I contact the your helpdesk and waste my time further. This is a known issue please read the comments of Google playstore . Yet LIC stop the ability to get information through webportal. The logic is incomprehensible. Why stop the ability through web portal?

@airindia although my flight AI158 (30 jan) was super delayed I appreciate the due diligence of the pilots to ensure safety comes first before flying. Special mention of Staff Puja who ensured that all passengers were kept informed and helped them throughout the journey. TY.

@airindia Had a great experience on AI 157 (25 jan). A big thanks to Yamini . She was exceptional and helped a number of passengers on board to make their journeys comfortable.
