XDCを非難する理由は、救済基金を設立すると言いながら、その後の説明などは一切ありません

Normally, a financial institution would clearly state the countries where it holds a valid license along with its license numbers. Listing only the areas where they do not hold a license makes it entirely unclear what actual licenses they possess.

#MiCA transitional period has now ended (1 July 2026).

Despite ESMA’s clear public statement requiring unauthorised CASPs to wind down in an “orderly manner” while “safeguarding clients’ interests” and “communicating clearly and promptly”with EU users, @globiance has provided “zero explanation” to its EU customers regarding MiCA compliance, wind-down plans, asset access, or timelines.

Many EU users remain unable to access or transfer their assets and are still waiting for refunds related to the 2024 incident — with no communication whatsoever.

This complete lack of transparency and client communication directly contravenes ESMA’s expectations for unauthorised providers. It leaves EU retail investors unprotected and unable to follow ESMA’s own advice to act promptly.

We urge @ESMAComms and national competent authorities to investigate @globiance’s handling of EU clients immediately and enforce proper safeguards and orderly exit procedures.

globianceが現在ちんたら進めている返金（出金）の額は、全体のロック額から見れば微々たるものだと思います。
直近の出金も、たったこれだけです。

これは単なるアピールのための返金、あるいは返金ですらない可能性もあります。

#MiCA 移行期間の終了が目前に迫るなか、EUユーザーに対する説明すら��りません。

MiCAの期限は待ってくれません。説明もなく、目に見える進捗もなく、この程度の出金を繰り返しているだけで信頼を取り戻せるとは“普通は”思わないでしょう。
