A School Street is when the roads around the school are temporarily closed to vehicles on each school day, during set times at drop-off and pick-up.

The Council will adopt a Clean Air Strategy. Pledge 3:
"We will identify schools which are exposed to air pollution problems and work with the school to identify intervention strategies to reduce the exposure of the children". This falls well short of committing to change it.

Can't attend, but wonder if anyone else might mention #JuniorPCSO schemes as a way to address congestion issues around schools.
