: This is my final attempt to resolve this fairly. Refund my money IN FULL. #AirIndiaFraud #RefundMyTicket #BadCustomerService #ConsumerRights, this is harassment! Refund my money IN FULL! Details of the case: I booked a flight on 3rd October, but your confusing name format instructions for different countries caused me to enter the wrong name FORMAT. I contacted customer care just 15 minutes later to resolve it. This is the case number: Case # 10609547 Here’s what happened: 📷 The first agent assured me the issue could be resolved by emailing your backend team and asked me to wait 48 hours. 📷 After no response in 48 hours, I called again. A second agent contradicted the first and told me to cancel the ticket, rebook, and then request a refund for the incorrect ticket. Based on their advice, I did exactly that. This agent even suggested me to cancel the entire itinerary and rebook the tickets even for the passengers that were booked using the correct name format ! 📷 Two weeks later, your backend team denied the refund, claiming name changes weren’t allowed, even though your agents misled me. They even tried to play with words saying this doesn't come under a "misspelt name" and it isn't covered! That again contradicts when Agent#1 told me. 📷@airindia✈️@airindia, your customer service is unacceptable!
