Too many people on Twitter are trying to build ‘businesses.’
Yawn.
‘Business’ is dry, selfish, vanilla and will not sustain you.
The secret no thriving Twitterpreneur tells you:
Building a movement that excites you gives you a reason to make (a LOT of) money.
Money sustains you as WELL as the cause.
Things changed dramatically for me when I understood the movement I was building.
I wasn’t building a newsletter.
I was building a tribe of muhfucking crazies.
Years ago I made no money on Medium dot com because I was writing to impress and appear cool.
Lame City Alabama.
I realised I needed to stop being fake and embody warrior energy.
Now I write to further my cause and enliven my readers, and I make close to six figures per year from Medium income.
My work is about encouraging people to overcome selfishness, develop their authentic dragon energy and quit being whiny little bitches.
Building a ‘funnel’ so I could make more money never excited me.
Building a funnel so that I could expand my message and sustain my cause WAS exciting for me.
I was energised again.
Making money felt like an opportunity, not a manipulative and frightening process.
This is why I enter my dark cave every day and remind myself of the shit I hate in the world, and the stuff I’m fighting for.
What are YOU fighting for and how can you build your business around elevating this cause?
Start by taking a look at things that continually bother you or frighten you.
For me it was always self-suppression, anxiety, and lack of expression.
I hate seeing people turn to robots like that.
This is why knowing I can encourage people to be REAL in a politically-correct society keeps me going.
Know your cause and spread it loud.
Your people will find you.
This is how you ignite your world.
