I’m off added sugar, dairy and gluten for a month to monitor if my health gets better (weeding out trigger foods). I am only on day 4 and I’m finding it hard to stay on track. Do you guys have any tips or suggestions to make this easier??

Hot take: globally, only a few people in entertainment are truly talented. Opportunities are plenty but it’s flooded with mediocre, copycat artists and technicians- hence the lack of originality, substance and the endless adaptations. I said what I said.
