@IndiaPostOffice My consignment ER789654155IN shows current status "Custom Receive". The status has not changed since 10th March, 2025.
When I contacted your customer care, they said the package is with customs department, so i should contact the Delhi Customs Department.

@IndiaPostOffice Its clearly a lapse on postal department side. Package is already delivered, yet your tracking shows its at customs. Just tell me the email of postal authorities with whom I can take this up. I don't think you have the required skill and competence to look into this issue.

@IndiaPostOffice Delhi Customs department informed me that the parcel is not on hold at customs department. I already told you 3 times. It was handed over to UPS on 10th March itself. On 17th March, the parcel was delivered to the destination. Why does your tracking show "custom receive"?
