@airindia I have given a high rating largely because of effective duopoly in the India’s airspace and not much of an option as a consumer. Having said that hospitality was excellent, and the cabin crew were exemplary. Especial mention: ever smiling Rose.

Further, upon eventual landing, the aircraft emitted an unusual sound,something I have not encountered in years of flying. I am not a technical expert, but the noise suggested a potential issue with the landing gear or a related system. This warrants a serious internal check.
