Bombay High Court indicated that it will pass an order on re-release of Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre who assaulted doctors.

The court has indicated that Mhatre will have to stay outside Maharashtra till the filing of the chargesheet. He will also have to furnish his passport to the trial court.

The bench of Acting Chief Justice Ravindra V Ghuge and Justice Gautam A Ankhad said it will pass an order tomorrow.
