@AmazonHelp I ordered some zep root kill that says clearly on the side of the box "do not freeze" its 3 days late and I can only assume has been in the back of a truck in freezing temperatures for 3 days. I would like to cancel this order but don't have the option on mobile app

@Zep_USA I ordered some root kill on Amazon and it got left out in the freezing cold when it was delivered. Why does it says do not freeze on the packaging? Is it safe?
