If the base price plus commission alone equals ₹86.25. By this very logic, even if a state government charges zero tax, the price cannot drop to ₹82 because the base price set by the central oil marketing companies is already too high.

बिहार में ₹800 करोड़ का चारा घोटाला लालू "यादव" के नाम से जुड़ा था। अब मध्य प्रदेश में मोहन "यादव" के काल में लगभग ₹1,200 करोड़ का चावल घोटाला सामने आया है। दोनों मामलों में एक ही चीज़ कॉमन है--"जाति"..

सरकारी गोदाम के ₹4,000 प्रति क्विंटल वाले चावल को सड़ा हुआ घोषित करके ₹2,300 प्रति क्विंटल की दर से एथेनॉल प्लांट को बेच दिया गया।
एथेनॉल प्लांट ने देखा कि चावल तो ठीक है, इसलिए उसे ₹2,800 प्रति क्विंटल में राइस मिल को बेच दिया।
इसके बाद राइस मिल ने वही चावल दोबारा ₹4,000 प्रति क्विंटल की दर से सरकार को बेच दिया।
