@Cyrus_Fazel How long exactly are you taking to process transactions. I’ve been a customer for some months now and deposited coins from my hard wallet to SwissBorg to then be put into stage 3 verification. 12 hours later still no access to my coins? Is this acceptable?

@swissborg Great sentiment but unfortunately does not deal with fundamental issues that your customers are facing. I have deposited coins to SwissBorg which are now locked in a stage 3 verification with no notification as to what is happening.
