I am once again calling on @AquaFunded to do the right thing.
Pay my $2,283 payout and reinstate the accounts you breached over allegations that I continue to dispute.
Throughout this process, I maintained that I traded independently. I submitted my MT5 logs, appealed multiple times, and consistently denied the copy trading allegation. The outcome never changed.
Instead of resolving my dispute, I was told the decision was final, asked to remove my public posts before a refund would proceed, and then sent a Non-Disclosure & Non-Disparagement Agreement that would have settled the matter if I signed it. I chose not to sign.
This is not the level of transparency or fairness traders should expect from a prop firm.
I’m sharing my experience because every trader deserves to know how disputes are handled when a significant payout is involved.

My position remains unchanged: I deny the allegation of copy trading and I continue to request payment of my $2,283 payout.
