🚨 My experience with @AquaFunded 🚨
AquaFunded denied my $2,283 payout, breached my $50,000 and $25,000 accounts, and accused me of copy trading an allegation I categorically deny.
I had a $2,283 payout denied and two accounts ($50,000 and $25,000) terminated over a copy-trading allegation. I did not use a trade copier, did not subscribe to a signal provider, and did not coordinate trades with another trader. I submitted my MT5 login history, execution history, and trading activity to support this.
Timeline of what I was told:
1.Initial explanation: “It is possible that a bot with a preloaded setfile or a subscription to a signal provider may be inadvertently leading to this violation.”
2.After I disputed this: “we have absolute clear evidence” with a new allegation of IP matches added.
3.Every appeal received the same response: “The decision is final.”
4.When I continued to dispute it: “Further trying to deny when we have absolute clear evidence may result in this offer being withdrawn.”
5.I was then asked by @RyanAquaFunded to “remove the misleading external posts” before the refund process could continue. I did so.
6.After removing those posts, I was sent a Non-Disclosure & Non-Disparagement Agreement, offering “a full refund of Recipient’s account, which shall constitute full and final settlement of any and all claims relating to this matter” in exchange for agreeing not to “make, publish, or communicate any statement… that could reasonably be construed to disparage” the company, including “posting on social media, review websites, or public forums.” I did not sign this agreement.
Separately: my payout was delayed for 3 business days well beyond the 24-business-hour payout guarantee AquaFunded advertises before being denied.
I am still requesting my payout of $2,283 and the reinstatement of my accounts.
I am publishing the correspondence so traders can read the emails and documents themselves and reach their own conclusions about how this matter is being handled.

The allegation against me is completely false. I categorically deny engaging in copy trading, and I stand by that without hesitation.
I have respectfully denied this allegation from the very beginning and submitted my own evidence, including my MT5 logs and trading history, which reflect my independent trading activity.
Despite this, AquaFunded chose to rely on a spreadsheet that I fundamentally dispute to deny my $2,283 payout and breach my accounts. Because AquaFunded controls the investigation and makes the final decision, I have no independent way to verify the conclusions they reached, which is exactly why I continue to challenge them.
I know I traded independently. I did not copy another trader, I did not use a signal provider, and I did not engage in coordinated trading. I will continue to challenge these false allegations and maintain my innocence because I will not admit to something I did not do. I will continue pursuing this matter until it has been fairly addressed.
