Kalau cukup buy in this idea - i will bare the implementation cost. there will be no money collection, you will pickup which you want to help and directly send the goods. Yes, i will build in a function to verify that you actually do your deeds.

Obviously #PayForNeeds is just a random name and barebone prototype.

The idea is - people can request their needs -> helper can pickup which one they want to help.

Collectively, we can review the status of what we have been picked up, what has been close, what is open.
