Freshman year can be challenging for most, and I’d definitely agree. But I’m thankful to have finished my first year with a 3.0 cumulative GPA. My second semester wasn’t as strong as I wanted it to be, but it’s all part of the journey. I’ll be working hard to raise my GPA next year. The goal is progress, not perfection. 📚💪

They made me work for everything I earned last season…

If I played freshman, I saw triple teams. On JV, I saw double teams. On varsity, some double teams kept coming.

Those moments made me a better player and taught me that excuses don’t get results. I embraced every challenge, every matchup, and every extra defender sent my way. 😤

The first time I got double-teamed, I asked myself, “Why me?”

Now I ask myself, “Why not?!”

I’m excited to see how everybody comes at me this year.
