@Brian_Tallerico Whether it’s the lack of trust/money from studios for awards campaigns or the white liberal complacency when it’s been perceived that a good deed was done when they nominated that Black guy one time, Black directors systematically aren’t treated as perennial awards contenders.
So many of you post the photo from the article but not the link to the article itself. That contributes to the literacy crisis, the media literacy crisis and the devaluing of journalism and journalists.
