@TJM_1992@Stroller459@O2 This happened to me as well, I persevered and finally got an upgrade processed, only for them to lock my account, so can even move my eSIM. It’s been 2 weeks and still no unlock, so stuck with a phone I can’t move services to.
@O2UK It seems your customer experience only gets worse and worse. After multiple website crashes I finally finalise an upgrade, only for you to security lock my account the day the phone arrives, so I can’t move my eSIM to my new device. 😡
@nxwestmidlands nice to see that the diversions of the 41 Willenhall/Walsall bypassing Hilton road were not published. Many people late to work. Due to missing bus services at the stops this morning. Nothing online or at stops.
@nxwestmidlands any reason why the 41 service is not serving Hilton road? I know there are diversions for pooles lane, but that shouldn’t prevent the rest of the route in new invention.
@O2 Can you fix your upgrade system in your app? It asks me to Verify myself by following an email link, when returning to the app it loses the upgrade window and I have to start all over again. If I follow the link on a different device I then get prompted for a txt code 1/2
